3.  INDICATIONS:

This product is suitable for the treatment of tetany caused by calcium deficiency, acute hypocalcemia, alkalosis and hypoparathyroid function.Allergic diseases;Rescue from magnesium poisoning;The rescue of fluorosis;Use in cardiac resuscitation (e.g., rescue of cardiac dysfunction due to high potassium or low calcium, or calcium channel blockade). 

4. USAGE and DOSAGE:

1. Dilute with 10% glucose injection and slowly inject, no more than 5ml per minute.

2. Adults are used for hypocalcemia, 1g (1 dose) at a time, which can be repeated when needed.For hypermagnesia, 1-2g (1-2) at a time.For the rescue of fluorosis, intravenous injection 1g (1 piece), repeat after 1 hour, if there is weak, you can note this product 3g (3 pieces), if there is skin tissue fluoride damage, 50mg of 10% calcium gluconate per square centimeter of damaged area.

3. For children with hypocalcemia, slowly infusion at 25mg/kg (6.8mg calcium);However, this product is not generally used for children due to the large irritant.

6. PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:

 This product is a calcium supplement and electrolyte balance regulator.Calcium can maintain the normal excitability of nerve muscle, promote the secretion of acetylcholine by nerve endings, when serum calcium decreases, neuromuscular excitability increases, convulsion occurs, blood calcium is too high, excitability decreases, weakness and so on.
